Left over roast beef

I have a huge hunk off leftover roast rib of beef. Truth be told it was a bit disappointing taste wise. Need to use it up tomorrow... Any ideas???

If you have leftover gravy too, use it to make a curry sauce to go with the beef (either have the beef cold with it, or heat it up in the sauce)
