Beaten Eggs - how long do they keep ?

dd needed some eggshells for a projects, the contents of which have been in fridge since Thursday evening . Can we still use ?

I would say yes but I know the food hygiene police would probably have a stroke. Hope by now you've had some lovely scrambled eggs or an omelette or made a fabulous cake..!
