Oh wise ladies help!
I'm baking my wedding cake tomorrow.
I'm after recipes which fit my tins, a 9 inch and a 7 inch round tin, not sandwich tins.
I'd like to do a vanilla sponge and a chocolate cake, ideally with the vanilla being the larger one. Something that tastes great and in the case of the chocolate one, is quite indulgent and moist.
I'm struggling to find recipes for one tin cakes and I'm starting to stress myself put trying, and I really really need to go and colour my hair!
Help me please before I call the whole thing off over a bloody cake!
