DD had a homemade lamb and potato 'pie' thing (lamb neck, beef stock, 1/2 glass port, onion, carrot, mushrooms, green cabbage topped with sliced potatoes and baked for an hour and 20)

DH and I will be having cod (roasted in a foil parcel with white wine, salt and pepper, olive oil and lemon) with roasted veg (spuds, red onion, red pepper, courgettes, lemon and baby carrots).

DS and I had mixed fruit salad with Peach Yoghurt for dessert, DP had Penguin corner yoghurt.

Chicken curry with red quinoa, Dh cooked.

roast chicken with roast veg (peppers, parnsips, onions, garlic, carrots), dh cooked it, should be ready in half an hour, I can't wait.

Will be serving (to myself as DP is out this evening) - poached salmon with cous cous and peas, plus white wine. DS had butternut squash with peas and philadelphia cheese mixed in, plus yoghurt. He'll get the salmon tomorrow!

i had pesto with sweetcorn and ham all needed to be eaten, was ok but not what i wanted

marinated beef kebabs (a la A.Karmel), mini roastie potatoes, stuffed field mushrooms, steamed carrot and corn on the cob mmmmmm
