Am going to make chilli But wondering what you serve with yours? Want to make it really exciting.

Rice or baked potatoes and cheese. Always cheese.

Nachos Grande - a massive plate piled with tortilla chips, salsa, refried beans and cheese, chuck it on the oven to warm, then top with guacamole, more salsa and sour cream.

Serve with an array of accompaniments for people to help themselves; cheese (cheddar plus some crumbled feta is a good option), homemade guacamole, salsa (try looking for the green salsa it's usually a Mexican brand), tortilla chips and sour cream. I've started to add a little chopped chorizo to my chilli and it's great.
