What can I make with my leftover passata?

Got about 300ml left after making a spag bol.

I always keep the leftovers but end up chucking it out after it doesn't get used. I'm determined that it won't happen this time!

So any suggestions gratefully received!

baked tacos?

add it to the beef you've prepared in the usual way, plus refried beans, it makes a nice sloppy consistency - fill the (hard) shells in some sort of not too deep dish that fits them comfortably (without falling over) and top with cheese and bake until you can't wait any longer, serve with usual trimmings

Pizza bases (or pitta), passata, veg and cheese.

Or stew slowly with leftover veg and fruit, freeze, and use as a quick pasta sauce with hidden goodness for DC if quick meal needed.

freeze it in ice cube tray and use it as a thin tomato puree in other recipes.

Soften some onions, add some curry powder and use it as the liquid for a quick curry sauce.

Use it in lieu of a blended tin of tomatoes in this recipe to go with grilled chicken, steak (or as a meatball sauce with spaghetti) tyne-teas.blogspot.co.uk/2013/11/spaghetti-and-meatballs.html

Reduce it down and use it instead puree to make a bbq sauce tyne-teas.blogspot.co.uk/2014/02/barbecue-marinade.html or a devilled sauce tyne-teas.blogspot.co.uk/2014/02/devilled-sauce.html

Make soup (use instead of a tin of tomatoes) tyne-teas.blogspot.co.uk/2013/11/tomato-soup.html
