quiche? Not salad as it's a bit chilly today.

I'd have couscous and some roasted veg - like tomato, red onion, courgette etc.

Or a ratatouille on the side.

Or green beans plus minted new potatoes.

Or have some soup first then quiche and a sim

LadyMacbethWasMisunderstood · 17/03/2014 14:18

Sorry

Simple watercress salad with a few walnuts thrown in.

LadyMaryLikesCake · 17/03/2014 14:19

Potato wedges and beans.

sharond101 · 17/03/2014 22:06

corn and peas?

Always salad here.

chocolatespiders · 17/03/2014 22:09

Chips and beans

Bunbaker · 17/03/2014 22:11

I find quiche filling enough so don't do any extra carbs. I would normally just have salad because that is how I like it. Although I like the sound of roasted veg as well.

Artandco · 17/03/2014 22:13

Beetroot and avocado
Asparagus
Corn on the cob

Wouldn't have carbs either as quiche is already very carby

jojane · 17/03/2014 22:15

New potatoes and some steamed veg,

annabelcaramel · 17/03/2014 22:16

Homemade coleslaw

VoyageDeVerity · 17/03/2014 22:17

Normally salad but maybe veg, roasted peppers ?

Monty27 · 17/03/2014 22:23

Jacket potato? Chips and beans sounds good Grin

Bunbaker · 17/03/2014 22:40

A quiche with just a jacket potato is too carb heavy and doesn't make a balanced meal.

winkywinkola · 18/03/2014 09:29

Thank you lots if great ideas

I like it with new potatoes and steamed broccoli.

RemusLupinsBiggestGroupie · 18/03/2014 17:29

Roasted garlic new potatoes and some steamed vege?
I also like it with homemade wedges and homemade baked beans (onion, garlic, paprika, mustard, honey, passata, haricot or cannelini beans). This is a bit of a carb-fest though!

RemusLupinsBiggestGroupie · 18/03/2014 17:30

Yes to jacket potatoes and coleslaw too.
