I've been making toad in the hole as a weekend staple (meat or veggie) with various recipes which all seem to serve 4 max, which is a squeeze with 3dcs (1 is young toddler) I'd like to make a more generous
one and as I haven't had a really good recipe for the batter, (yesterday was bbc good food) there's no point just doubling a recipe I have.
any ideas? thanks
