Does anyone bake with spelt?

I have any number of recipes but I'd rather have one off someone who says it actually works than putter about on the internet

& would you use a breadmaker or do it in a kenwood - I have sore hands so I won't be kneading much

I make banana spelt pancakes and banana bread/muffins - they're yum!

You can use spelt in any sodabread recipe. No kneading required
