Got about 200ml leftover from cornbread recipe (everyone else hated it so I scoffed the lot ) what can I do with it?

I love this Irish soda bread and halve the recipe as it makes LOADS!

Make pancakes use milk and a tiny bit of lemon juice to make up liquid. Or tea scones - brilliant recipe using buttermilk on bbcgoodfood.
