...and as I'm cooking for 3 clueless blokes I fully intend to cheat as much as possible and take the credit. 
My meal plan is:
Crispy chilli beef (made from the 2 part set thing with tempura batter powder to coat the beef and a delicious sweet chilli sauce)
Green Veg Chow Mein
Crispy Seaweed (This bit I'm going to make properly with the cabbage.)
But I feel like something's missing. Can anyone offer any adaptations, please? Prawn crackers, too, I forgot!
