Any ideas what to do with leg steaks?

Have guests coming next Sunday.Want to do Lamb leg steaks.What can I do to them to make them more interesting?

I would braise them in a tomato based sauce with apricots, butter beans, chilli and cumin seeds and serve it with herbed cous cous.
