Child Feeding

I am a student at Loughborough University studying Psychology.
I am currently conducting my dissertation which is exploring the feeding habits of children. If you have a child between the ages of 18 months and 5 years, and could complete this short survey for me I would be very very grateful!!

Is this a new one or have you posted before? I've done a survey on child feeding for a postgrad at Loughborough recently on here, don't know if it was for a different student though?
