Macaroni cheese

How do i make this from scratch? I have no idea how to even make a basic cheese sauce so it needs to be v.step by step.

Also we tend to only eat wholemeal pasta (prefer the taste) but will it be minging in macaroni cheese? Am I better to buy some normal stuff?

just make a cheese sauce and add it to the pasta. put grated cheese ontop and slice a tomato and then grill till brown

get butter
metl a small amount in a pan ( non stick si good)
when melted add a small amount of flour and stir it on heat till it makes a paste, then slwoly add milk to correct thickeness
do not boil

add cheese
pur over pasta

have made it with ww pasta and it's fine, and you can freeze it as well, sorry, not at home so no recipe for you!

I put a bit of mild curry powder into my cheese sauce for macaroni. It's yummy

delia online is the way ahead, especially if you're managing without a cook book, I tried this
macaroni cheese the other night with brown pasta (not even macaroni!) and it was delicious!! Even the Little Monkey liked it!
