Is anyone making pancakes today, and if so what kind and what fillings? I'm going to try making Blueberry pancakes with this recipe realfood.tesco.com/recipes/dairy-free-blueberry-pancakes.html. I won't do dairy free though. They look easy and lovely and I think they might even freeze well.
