Sunlower oil cooking question?

What can i actually use it for apart from spuds? Have inherited some and normally use olive oil but have none. Can i use it for say cookign minced meat or starting a chili?

I use it for general frying of veg to start a chilli/bolognese/pasta sauce etc. At the mo using frylight as being a bit healthier but sunflower if fine for general cooking

so ican use it to start off the onions/garlic veg as normal will it be greasier?
