My son will be in nursery from 8-6 every day and i need to pack a lunch that i know he wil eat but need a few ideas.

He doesnt eat alot, cheese or fruit and cant eat eggs or nuts. I am trying to get him used to packed lunches now to try new food out. We spoke about what we could put in and have thought about the following. He doesnt like wet stuff so things like soup/stew are out.

Raisins but must be boxed.
cuecumber slices
pepper slices
bit of bacon/ ham or ham/chicken
marmite sandwich if not doing ham/chicken
humzinger fruit bar
apple juice
maybe crisps but dont want to.
maybe seeds/breadsticks.

Can you think of anything else that is finger friendly and easy. Please help me

what can i do with the pasta, i have only just got him to eat pasta with mince and i have to toss the mince to coat the pasta to give it some flavour.

He ownt eat tomatoes either or red sauce.

I always send a yogurt, piece of fruit (but you've got that covered with the raw veggies) and a 'treat' such as a homebaked muffin, fairycake or cookie. Boring lunches in our house but mine are pretty fussy!

HE wont eat fruit and never has i hadnt thought about a little cake.

You could make flapjack. I don't know with the pasta because presumably it would be cold. Maybe mix it with some of the veg he likes to make a pasta salad.
