I´ve got a packet of leeks, celery and carrot.. What can I do with it? Was thinking of a simple soup.. Thanks!

put hot water in a saucepan with a stock cube, add ginger/garlic/lemongrass/soysauce/lime - put the cut up bag mix veg in it and have it like a broth - can add chicken or prawns and ready to go chinese noodles if you like. also cld add beanshoots/pepper/mushrooms - whatever is in your fridge that you would normally use for a stirfry.

v tasty and not many calories either!

Soup would be good. How about cooking them, draining them, putting them in a ovenproof dish and cover them in cheese sauce and then baking them.
