I need a 2 week diet which is not based around a single lettuce leaf a day

Please help me find an online diet plan for 2 weeks or so, which does not consist of only grapefruits / no carbs / no fat / blah blah - just healthy and sensible.

Any ideas?

I want somethihg I just don;t need to think about, once I've bought the stuff.

I did the spesh K diet (bowl for brekfast and for lunch) and had a meal in the evening which usually consisted of something fresh and health but not anything extreme, for example jacket/salad/filling or pasta and pesto and chicken or brown rice and chicken in a tortilla. Tried to cut out the majority of my Vino intake (hardest part) and didnt pick. Anyway after 2 weeks i felt great but didnt notice much of a difference so i did it for another 2 weeks and people could really see the difference. Special K is quite filling so i never felt the need to 'snack' which is whar probably helped me along more than anything!

Also - Try to eat at the same time every day, i had an apple mid morning and had my lunch a little later so i didnt have hunger pangs by 4.30pmish (that way i wouldnt clear the alphabites from dd's plate!!)
