Last night I made a baked gratin of sliced leeks, celeriac, carrots and potatoes with milk and cream infused with garlic and rosemary. It was not popular! There's loads left that I can't waste.
How could I curry or soup this dish? Or does anyone else have any other idea please...

sounds lovely!! I would just pop on the hob with a bit of chicken stock and whizz it up with a hand blender. Top up with a bit of milk and black pepper if you feel it needs it.

Thanks Nutty, I'll try that Smile

Add a bit of ham or bacon? Stronger flavour to mask the vegetables! And lurvely with leeks and cheese!

Puree it, and stir through some cooked pasta, letting the 'sauce' down with some reserved pasta water. Top with cheese and bake...

Both lovely ideas, thanks Charlotte and Mrs. X
