Fresh meal ideas x2

Hi am defrosting freezer on thurs so need fresh meal ideas for fri and sun - get shopping on tues do not sure meat will keep?

It'll keep if you cook it! And if you put it straight in the fridge from the freezer it won't defrost through for a cpl days, keep I all together in a bag maybe three.

Cooked chicken you can make sweet chilli chicken out of with wraps, pitta or rice. Or use for chicken fried rice.

And I prefer to use pre cooked chicken in carbonara.

Fish do a fish pie that'll be ok for a day.

Red meat if you casserole it or do it in some sort of sauce it'll last a few days kept in the fridge. Just check the sell by dates on ready meals and you'll be amazed how long things keep.
