Can thyme be frozen? (pun unintended)
What's the best way to freeze it?

I don't freeze it, just dry it by leaving it on kitchen towel for a couple of days and then into a a wee container

Ooh, thanks for that. Never even thought of drying it? Would I wash it first, as its pretty gritty?

If really grotty then wash and shake dry and then lay out to dry. I tend to keep the dry stems in butter bit of fridge in fridge door . It is best keeping herb I know. I sometimes strip the leaves from stem to put on roast chicken or just bruise leaves on the stem to put into gravy.
