Food you've never tried but wonder what it's like..

Watching Hairy Bikers last night (it might've been an old one, I wasn't sure) but they were scoffing oysters. And they seemed to be live oysters too.... I seem to have reached my late 40's and have never had an oyster. Or caviar come to that. I can't say the oyster slurping looked too nice, but Si was in 7th heaven. What are they like?? What have you never eaten but are curious about?

Ok, tried that already but not had it for years cos other half can't stand the idea.

Had oysters, not for me. Ostrich I loved.
