Faff-falafel recipes from the Guardian

I thought I'd share some lovely falafel recipes from the Guardian. LINK HERE. I just fancy some for lunch.

Thanks for the link JamNan. I've tried making falafel myself, and they turned out to be very nice. We ate ours in a wrap, with salad and home made Tzatziki sauce. Just finely chop cucumber and mint leaves and add it to yoghurt. Very easy, and goes really well with the falafel. Delish.
