Cooked my first casserole, how do I store and reheat?

Cooked my first casserole, was yummy and very easy!
So I have enough left for another meal tomorrow. Do I just let it cool down and put the whole dish in the fridge overnight? How do I then reheat it, does it just go back in the oven? And at what temp and for how long, or is this not safe to do?

overnight absolutely fine in the fridge overnight, cover with cling film or scoop into an icecream tub
reheat by bringing to a simmer tomorrow so the whole thing is boiling temp

perfectly safe to leave till Thursday if you want

Thanks, its currently in a casserole dish that can't be used on direct heat, so I need to decant it to something for the hob?

or back into the oven or microwave
but you need to be sure that it heats right through

then leftovers are wonderful things
the next day you add beans and chilli
the next day you stir fry what is left with some noodles or a tortilla
