i will start by saying I am not a great cook - I can make basic simple dinners (usually quite traditional style dinners). I am not a fan of simple food that involve chips, such as fish fingers etc..... I try to cook a balanced healthy dinner but just struggle with ideas. I am abit picky as I don't eat spicy food and my partner cant eat dairy and only a small amount of red meat.
so please can I have your suggestions or favourite simple home cooked dinners so I can expand my dinner plan!!
