What can I use a lime for?

I have 1 lime sitting in the cupboard. I don't know what I can use it for. I was thinking a cake but anything really. Any suggestions?

Key lime pie? That has lime in it right?

Was going to suggest lime drizzle cake but you would need a few more limes. If you only have the one, then gin is the way to go

Make a dressing for salad using it.

Squueze half if it into a mug of hot water as a first-thing drink.

Get some salt and some Tequila......

Buy some corona and stick it in.

Or you could make a not very limey Key Lime Pie a la Madame Berry recipe

Squeeze it over thai-style noodles.
Make a fresh salsa.

Margarita. You just need tequila now and some salt.

Get 1tsp cumin, 1tsp ground coriander, 1tsp turmeric and some fresh mint. Mix the juice of the lime with the spices and use to marinate some chicken breasts - grill the chicken and then serve with pitta breads, salad and yoghurt/houmous mix.
