Is there any nice dishes you can make with cooked pork?

Have roast pork, need inspiration. Anyone know of anything I can do? I have googled and found zilch and zip.

how about doing a kind of pork fried rice? You could put egg, peas, sweetcorn, garlic, ginger and soy sauce in it?

I'm on with the pork fried rice at the mo but that is a great idea Chubbleigh and I will deffo do that for another leftovers. We have had loads of noodles recently - love em! Thanks
