I have:
Cheddar cheese
Parmesan
Eggs
Sour cream (half tub)
Milk
butter
Carrots
Celery
Cauliflower
Red onions
3 tomatoes
A bit of spinach
Frozen peas
Frozen garlic
Frozen herbs (thyme, parsley, coriander, basil, mint)
Naan bread (peshwari and plain)
Rice (basmati and long grain)
Quinoa
Couscous
Macaroni
Penne
Fusilli
Spaghetti
Lasagne sheets
Rice noodles
Polenta
Tinned tomatoes
Red lentils
Puy lentils
Kidney beans
Black eye beans
Chickpeas (but I want these for tomorrow really)
Stock cubes
Various dried herbs and spices
Sesame seeds
Mixed seeds
Various condiments (soy, Worcestershire, ketchup, bbq, mayo...)
Olive oil
Veg oil
Salt & black pepper
Various vinegars
Marmite
Honey

Tues is meant to be a cheap and usey uppey day. Don't really want to go to the shop, especially not for anything expensive like meat. It needs to feed me and two dc. I'm normally good at thinking of usey up ideas but my mind is blank.

Tomorrow I'm doing a lamb, apricot and chickpea tagine.

Macaroni cheese, or cauli and macaroni cheese. Use the cream in the sauce and put sliced tomatoes and parmesan on the top. Serve with peas and spinach.
