Leftover Stuffing?

I made some really lovely sage, sausagemeat and apple stuffing today and there is quite a lot less. Does anyone have any ideas for using up leftover stuffing?

Let it cool, and then slice to have with salad and jackets.

Or anything you'd do with cold sausages.

Enjoy!

I roll it into balls and freeze so there's gorgeous homemade stuffing for lots of roast dinners!

Chill it or freeze it . It then reheats again if you wrap it in some aluminium foil and put it in the oven - or just zap it in the microwave.

We have it with cold meat and jackets or any other type of hot potato that you do - I tend to reheat left over potato dauphinoise and have that with reheated stuffing and some cold meat.

Brilliant, thanks everyone lots of lovely ideas. The idea of dauphinoise and stuffing is making me salivate a bit!

Mix with any left over roast meat that's been minced.

Form into little croquettes, flour, egg and breadcrumb. You can always add something like a tbsp of branston.

Shallow fry.

Rissoles, a staple of my childhood.
