Hi,
I'm just about to return to work after ML. Mornings are going to be a horrible rush with, me, DH and DS to get ready. I thought I'd save time by having breakfast in the car (husband driving) but I'm a bit short of ideas. Ideally I'd avoid the cereal bar/croissant/muffin sort of thing most of the time. I'd like something healthy, and am particularly trying to cut back on sugar and white carbs as I'm at risk of diabetes. Just fruit won't fill me up, and DH wouldn't be happy if the car got messy. Happy to prep the night before. Most foods liked.
Any ideas?
