Anyone got a good recipe for gluten free brownies? I have gluten free flour, ground almonds, cocoa, dark chocolate and white choc chips, eggs, butter etc. thanks.

I make gf brownies all the time, I just use a normal brownie recipe and substitute the floor for gf.

They always work because the ratio of flour to fat and sugar is so low compared to say a victoria sponge.

Good luck.

Check out recipe for gluten free brownies.
I made them for my father-in-law who is full-on ceoliac, but to be honest can't really tell the difference to gluten-full brownies - yum!
