What can I fill my chocolate Victoria sponge?

Mix four ounces melted chocolate with four fluid ounces double cream/ sour cream/Bailey's. Whisk till creamy.

Apricot jam

or

Chocolate truffle layer with Cointreau-soaked raspberries and then a layer of whipped cream.

For the truffle layer

Whip 200g plain choc with about 50ml of double/whipping cream until lighter in colour.

Plain nutella? Chocolate buttercream?

Cherry jam on the lines of Black Forest gateau.

Fresh whipped cream?

Chocolate buttercream and vanilla buttercream done in one of those fancy split bags so that's its dual coloured?
