Is it ok to chop up leftover roasties and bung them in? Sorry if its obvious to everyone else

Probably OK. But I wouldn't add them until about 30 mins before the end of cooking or they'll disintegrate.

I'd personally be fine with it, both from food safety and tastiness point of view. They'll disintegrate, but I'd be fine with that too
