Any idea what to do with ....

a litre of seville orange flavoured water.... dh has been making marmalade and before we through away the water the oranges have been cooked in wonder if anyone has some ideas what to so with it???

Depending how strong it tastes, maybe reduce down a bit to concentrate the flavour, cool, then freeze in ice-cube trays. Add a couple of cubes to tomato-based sauces (particularly good with fish).

A sorbet?

Poach fish or chicken in it?

Gin?
