My son aged 22 has moved back home and his gf is here a lot of the time. I'm having a nightmare with meals 
. Dh and I eat low carb (weight loss for both of us, other health reasons for me too) and are on a very tight budget.
I think cooking in the slow cooker will help, as I can buy cheap cuts of meat and just add potatoes/rice for dc, plus if they come home late it will still be warm
All I can cook in the slow cooker at the moment however is chilli, stew, curry. So I'm looking for some good meat based recipes.
Can anyone recommend a recipe or a slow cooker book they have used lots? My cooking isn't sophisticated!
