Polenta help please!

I have a bag of polenta which I want to cook and then slice into pieces.
The instructions on my packet only give me details on how to prepare a sloppy version.
Can anyone enlighten me on what I do to get a solid version?

Cook it 'sloppy', maybe with just a smidgen less liquid. Pour it into an oiled tin and let it go cold. You can then cut it into slices, fingers, cubes or rounds and use as you like. It freezes well too Smile
