I have given my ds half a fresh pear for pudding. Is there anyway I can keep the other half ok for tomorrow or will it go funny?

Pears, you can't trust them. It will probably go funny by tomorrow.

You could wrap it in clingfilm and keep in the fridge and see how it gets on but I would chop it, cook it in a small pan with a bit of butter and sugar, then cool in fridge and have on my cereal. If you cook it you'll stop the bugs.

You could try wrapping in cling film as suggested and sprinkling with a few drops of lemon juice to prevent browning. Or thinly slice into a salad to have for dinner.

Thanks. I might cook it then purée it for ds's porridge. I'm not a big fan of pears.
