I am a novice at baking really and want to make a giant cupcake with a chocolate mould.
I have a vanilla sponge recipe and will be decorating with butter cream, I want to have a pink chocolate base. I have white chocolate and pink food colouring but from what I've read on the internet you need an oil based food colouring and I don't think mine is, would it still work ?
I have a feeling this may be a disaster because I am a perfectionist
