Making individual Lemon Meringue pies

I want to make some individual lemon meringue pies. I normally use the Mary Berry recipe from her Ultimate Cake Book.

Is there a way to scale down the recipe for making little ones or does anyone have a recipe for individual ones please?

Can't you use the same recipe and just divide the amount by the number of individual ones you want to make?

I would use mince pie or muffin tins. Line them with pastry, add lemon filling and meringue. Not sure whether you might need to blind bake though?
