Googled and there are lots of recipes for Watermelon Sorbet but this I thought looked good!

Watermelon Daiquiri

Ingredients

100ml (or to taste) white rum

Juice of 1 good-sized lime

4 teaspoons icing sugar

Approximately 10 x 5cm cubes of frozen watermelon

Method

Put all the above ingredients in a blender and blitz to a pinkly foamy puree, it will look like a liquid sorbet.

Pour into four waiting martini glasses.
