Just a comment though. I think the section where it says: Disagree, Strongly Disagree, Neutral, Slightly Agree, Agree...

Strongly Disagree should be first, as it's more than Disagree. So at first I got a bit confused and was filling them in incorrectly. But after a few questions I realised they were the other way round and changed my answers accordingly.

Thank you everyone for your help and thank you for the feedback Spalding, I had noticed that myself, but was unable to change it once it had gone live, I hope it hasn't caused too much confusion!
