5 egg yolks in my fridge- inspiration requested!

I made a lovely pavlova last night for a party but I now have 5 egg yolks sitting in a bowl in the fridge. Would love to use them today in a recipe. Cake/bake preferred as dp not keen on quiches or omelettes etc. but I'm open to suggestions...
any ideas?? Thanks

Something involving custard. Ice-cream?

My mum would always make a Creme caramel when she did a pavlova in order to use up the yolks - I always associate the two together! But it's a great way to use several yolks.

Lemon curd. Lots of it.

Hollandaise sauce? Although I'd prefer lemon curd.

Oooh yes carbonara!

Custard. With hot cake/sponge pudding/crumble
