Don'ta hve any rosemary though...

Do have honey and mustard however. What do I do with it Sherlock?

Squeeze about a tablespoon of honey into a little pot, stir in some mustard to your taste & brush it onto the chops. Keep brushing more on as you grill - yummy.

Have you got any mushrooms/onions/peppers/white wine/cream in?

Honey Mustard Glazed Pork Chop

Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 20 minutes
Serves: One

Ingredients: One lean, boneless Pork chop
4 Teaspoons of honey
4 Teaspoons of mustard
Lemon pepper powder

Method:
Mix the honey and mustard together.
Smear onto the chop.
Sprinkle on lemon pepper lightly.
Place under a medium grill for 10 minutes.
Remove from grill.
Smear raw side with remaining honey-mustard mix
Sprinkle on Lemon pepper lightly.
Grill for a further ten minutes.

Serving suggestion:
Serve with citrus couscous & mixed leaf salad.
