Soured cream

I have a tub of soured cream that hasn't yet been opened. Use by date 20th Jan. would you chance it? DH thinks it will be ok as not been opened, I think it's cream so prob best avoided???

I would unless the carton is bulging..! I would normally say smell it, but hard to tell with soured cream maybe?

Give it a stir - I would use it

It looks and smells as normal. Might get DH to 'test' it

I would bin it but it'll probably be ok.

We didn't chance it.
