Yes but just for the last 20 minutes, I might add green beans or brocolli but I would pour boiling water over them and then add to what ever is cooking.

I tried the casserole mixes I get here. They just have carrot, celery and white beans. I put them in from frozen just with tinned tomato and whatever meat. I don't add any stock as it makes it too watery. I think its trial and error.
