Herman Friendship Bread starter recipe needed

I have been given a portion of the Herman Friendship Bread to stir, feed & pass on. But it leaked all over the car and I need to make some more. Anyone have the starter recipe? I have found it on the net but all quantities are in cups, anyone know how to convert?

this should confuse you!
I ended up buying a small set of cups from Tesco as I do a lot of baking. Think they were about £2.50. Saves a lot of hassle!

It did confuse me! But I managed to work it all out in the end. Phew! Now I can make my bread and not have to pretend. Thanks.
