Your favourite bread maker recipes please

Title says it all really.

I am just about to order a bread maker after years months of procrastinating :)
We currently make bread by hand and regularly make a white loaf, soda bread and, occasionally, bagels.
We will still do some stuff by hand as DS(8) is a whizz at kneading and loves to bake but I want to branch out so what are your favourites?

I don't have a bread maker, but thinking of asking for one for Christmas his year! But I did make a cheese and jalapeño ciabatta last week and it was scrummy!!

Pizza dough!

Any kind of bread roll dough which you then roll yourselves eg for cheese and mustard rolls (grated cheese, mustard inside the dough then bake)

3/4 tsp easy-blend dried yeast
400g white bread flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
15g butter or oil
50ml milk
230ml warm(ish) water

This is the recipe that I've developed and used for years; it makes a 'medium' loaf in my Panasonic, I always use the darkest crust setting
