Does caffeine burn off in the bake...?

Uh oh. Just realised I've added 1tbsp instant espresso granules to a madeleine recipe that requires instant coffee granules. They're going to be strong aren't they?! Any chance cooking caffeine will reduce the effect? Or are we going to be up all night if we eat them....?

you're going to be up all night and I'd say it will be pretty gritty!!
