Has anyone made this?

It's been in the oven for an hour now and I have a couple of questions.

Do I remove the rind? My joint is 1.5 kg, how would I adjust the cooking time as the receptor states 2kg?

Sorry for probably daft questions but never made pulled pork before!

I don't remove the rind until it is cooked and I 'pull' it. It should need less time but not that much about 1/2 an hour to an hour. If it pulls easily with a fork then it is done.
